A Basket Sampler for Sunday

In honor of a glorious sunny Sunday I have my BBD Summer Basket Sampler to share with you. I got this back from the framers just the other day and it turned out beautiful, if I say so myself and I do!

Normally I pick a wood tone frame but this one just cried out for a pretty gold one. I love the colors in this sampler and that tulip in the center makes me happy!
And here is a picture of my Easter display complete with egg decorations.

I think I have a new collection started here - egg cups with feet! I love the slippers on these guys.

And I couldn't leave these polka dot cups behind. I got the 2 in the back at Hobby Lobby and the one in the front at Cracker Barrel. You have to keep your eyes open you never know when you'll see a polka dotted egg cup with feet - LOL!

The table runner is done with Moda's Verna collection - love that springy fabric.
I got some quilt blocks sewn together and started a new cross stitch sampler yesterday. It was gray and rainy and a good day to stay inside and sew.

Hope your week is sunny and warm and we have no more of those terrible tornadoes that have ripped through the country.

Happy stitching-
carol fun
