Hmmm, prime rib instead of turkey sounds greats. Your sock turned out swell and good for you on getting the Thanksgiving String stitched up. Yes, decorating for Thanksgiving does tend to get overlooked. We have had some wind so when I looked out today, I saw that much of it is gone, that made me a bit sad. I love all the Turkey things. I'm a big celebrator of Thanksgiving so I never put Christmas up till Thanksgiving is over. I love all the stitched pieces that Barbara Ana is just wonderful!! I look forward to seeing your quilt!Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16292519625560497199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7518483258174186283.post-42263441724555158182018-11-04T18:22:19.398-05:002018-11-04T18:22:19.398-05:00Yes more hours in a day would be great.Knitting, h...Yes more hours in a day would be great.Knitting, hand quilting, piecing and machine quilting...I am only one person who wants to do soooo much!Deanna Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16154397869601261568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7518483258174186283.post-34371162150808746402018-11-04T18:19:06.222-05:002018-11-04T18:19:06.222-05:00Hi Anne... oh my goodness... There is one LNS here that carries Opal but I'm always seeing colorways on Instagram that never seem to appear in the US. I saw lots of colorways at WoolWarehouse that I haven't seen before. The shipping is very reasonable...in fact that is less than I paid for shipping from a US company the other week. I know it will take a week or two but I'm fine with that. Thank you so much for the info... if anyone else is interested here is the website for WoolWarehouse - https://www.woolwarehouse.co.uk/carol funhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01602159377334420359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7518483258174186283.post-28920652652052549262018-11-04T17:23:14.448-05:002018-11-04T17:23:14.448-05:00I love all your autumn decor. I recently got re-bit by the sock bug and polished off a single sock in 2 days (a record for me) then of course because I had depleted my stash (hah) I had to go looking for more sock yarn. My LNS doesn't carry Opal and I wanted to try it. Have you ever shopped at WoolWarehouse? It's in the UK. I have ordered other wool from there before and it takes about a week and less than $5 shipping). I thought the price on Opal sock yarn was pretty good.Annie with the duckshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04839272440622264557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7518483258174186283.post-60526821339135525482018-11-04T17:11:41.441-05:002018-11-04T17:11:41.441-05:00Our trees are following a different muse this year...Our trees are following a different muse this year too. The first one to loose it's leaves is the Honey Locust then one maple and then the other. They dosey-doed this year and did things in a different order. My trees are done but the house across the street still has a maple in full flaming goodness.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14423024947233260195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7518483258174186283.post-58283387814577807592018-11-04T17:02:47.536-05:002018-11-04T17:02:47.536-05:00those autumn colours are stunning!
